About the Role

A liaison is someone who gets to personally host a dance team from across the US and welcome them to our school and competition. You will have the opportunity to meet many different people and be an important part of this competition!

THINGS TO CONSIDER PRIOR TO APPLYING:

1) PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL HAVE TO BE AVAILABLE TILL LATE NIGHT THAT WEEKEND. This means going home past 12 am and waking up early!

2) TBN weekend is Friday March 14th until Sunday March 16th, 2025. You will have to commit to the ENTIRE weekend, no exceptions.

In general, we need someone who is able to look after a team and create a fun environment for them. Don't worry, you'll be paired with at least one other liaison to help you. We would like liaisons who are outgoing, fun, and interested in being involved with TBN. Liaisons either make, or break a competition experience for an individual team, so the process will be slightly competitive and we will be conducting short interviews!
